High Tech Solutions, the seller of the AI Business Starter Kit, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

We collect: your name and email (to create your account and deliver your purchase, based on performance of our contract with you); download activity and anonymous usage data via cookies (to secure and improve the service, based on legitimate interests); and support messages (to help you).

We share data with service providers that host and run this website, with Paddle as our Merchant of Record for the sale, payments, tax and invoicing, with professional advisers where needed, and with authorities when required by law. Card details are handled by Paddle and never stored by us.

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes, then delete or anonymise it, and protect it with encryption and access controls.

We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting halefi.rodrigues@gmail.com.
