These terms are an agreement between you and High Tech Solutions, the seller of the AI Business Starter Kit. By using this website or purchasing the product, you agree to them.

The AI Business Starter Kit is a digital product sold for a one-time payment of SGD 19. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the templates and prompts in your own business and for your clients. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves. We retain ownership of the product, its content and branding.

You must not misuse the service, including using it unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing or scraping). We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website. The product provides educational resources and templates; results depend on how you apply them, and no specific business outcome is guaranteed.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
